Refund Policy

Overview
JJAdventures DBA Oasis Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") wants you to be satisfied with your subscription to the GEX Command Center. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for each subscription type.
Please note: The GEX Command Center is currently in active development. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that the platform is not yet feature-complete and that features, data sources, and functionality may change over time.
Early Access Lifetime — $350 (One-Time Payment)
- 14-day refund window: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
- After 14 days: No refunds will be issued. Your lifetime access remains active for as long as the Service is operational.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the Service within the 14-day window, please contact us and we will work to resolve it before the window expires.
Monthly Subscription — $50/month
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- No partial refunds: Refunds are not issued for the current billing period. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Billing cycle: Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made. Access ends at the conclusion of the current paid billing period.
Development Status Acknowledgment
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The GEX Command Center is in active development and is not a finished product
- Features may be added, modified, or removed as the platform evolves
- The platform is not recommended for live trading decisions during this development phase
- Occasional downtime, bugs, and data inconsistencies may occur
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@oasis-group.us with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Your purchase date
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will confirm your refund request via email within 2 business days of receipt.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — we ask that you reach out to us directly before disputing a charge with your bank
