Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GEX Command Center platform ("Service") operated by JJAdventures DBA Oasis Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties

4. Service Description

The GEX Command Center is an AI-powered trading intelligence dashboard that provides market analysis, signal processing, regime detection, gamma exposure analysis, and related tools. The Service is designed for informational and educational purposes.

Important: Oasis Group is NOT a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We do not execute trades on your behalf, hold customer funds, or provide personalized investment advice. The Service is a software tool that aggregates and analyzes publicly available market data.

Development Status: The platform is currently in active development. Features, data sources, and functionality may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Early access subscribers acknowledge that the platform is not yet production-ready for live trading decisions.

5. Subscription Terms

We offer two subscription plans:

Early Access Lifetime — $350 (one-time payment)

  • One-time payment of $350 USD
  • Grants lifetime access to the Service for as long as the Service is operational
  • Subject to the Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription — $50/month

  • Recurring charge of $50 USD per month
  • Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid billing period
  • Rate is locked in as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing
  • Subject to the Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, icons, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of JJAdventures DBA Oasis Group and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Service, except as incidental to normal use of the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without express written permission
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. The Service is in active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

9. Not Financial Advice

The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All information provided by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. You should not construe any such information as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice.

Nothing contained on the Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer by Oasis Group to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.

Oasis Group is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not hold any licenses with FINRA, the SEC, or any state securities regulatory authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JJADVENTURES DBA OASIS GROUP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Trading losses incurred based on information provided by the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JJAdventures DBA Oasis Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Tennessee.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
